Program Overview

The program aims to provide participants with comprehensive exposure to various aspects of shipping and trading.

Key Details:

• Duration: 24 months full-time

• Stages: Technical - Analytical - Commercial. During the first year the focus will be on technical and analytical aspects of shipping and energy trading, assisting senior colleagues with projects and trading. The second year will be focusing on commercial aspects of shipping and energy trading including portfolio building, commercials of transactions and trading and engaging in own projects and trades.

• Salary: Competitive package

• Location: Copenhagen or Dubai

• Rotations: Across different departments and possibly international locations

• Training: Structured learning modules combined with on-the-job experience
